West New York, New Jersey (NewYorkInjuryNews.com)–At the scene of the accident, on 57th and Berginline Avenue, was unusually busy due to a Sunday afternoon sidewalk sale where shoppers and passersby were scared for their lives. The New Jersey Police stated that the person responsible for injuring the 7 people was identified as a 43-year-old man North Bergen man, as stated by the Associated Press.
