Queens, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A New York taxi cab driving erratically crashed into a local festival in Queens where it continued to destroy everything in its path causing property damage and injuring at least 13 pedestrians, as reported Associated Press.

The black cab drove directly into the festivities damaged vendors tents and injured 13 pedestrians, leaving a trail of debris in its path. The cab finally rolled to a halt beneath one of the food service tents, which was located on the corner of Junction Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Officials reported.

Emergency Medical Personnel arrived on the scene to treat the victims of this crash. All the pedestrians who attended the festival survived this accident.  13 pedestrians were injured due to the out of control cab flying through the festival.

One man was taken to the hospital after being carried out on a stretcher by paramedics. The merchant stumbled to avoid the car, and was transported to the hospital for grease burns, reported Fire rescue officials.

Everyone was shocked by the crash, stated Police.  Investigators have determined that this crash was most likely an accident, and the driver of the New York cab was probably not going to be accused.
