New Jersey SUV accident attorneys report on how a man stole an SUV and crashed into utility poles and 2 parked cars before killing a woman at a NJ bus stop.
Palisades Park, NJ (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A woman was waiting for her bus underneath the shelter when suddenly a car went barreling into bus stop killing the woman on the spot, reported the Associated Press.
Police officials identified the victim as 81-year-old Sukyeol Lee, a person who was a part of the local Korean neighborhood. Lee was killed when the driver of the Sport Utility Vehicle went straight through the glass-encased shelter, where Lee was sitting was sitting.
The SUV that killed Lee was announced stolen by investigators. The driver of the SUV was identified as Daniel Graham, who apparently had a history of stealing vehicles. Last Saturday, Graham reportedly assaulted a limo chauffeur and hijacked his limo then drove away recklessly down the street. Authorities reported that before 25-year-old Daniel Graham reached the bus stop he had already damaged 2 parked automobiles and slammed into 2 utility poles in Leonia, New Jersey.
The force of the Sport Utility Vehicle demolished the bus stop. There were no other people involved with the crash or injured so far. Investigators are still finding more evidence on the tragic accident. Daniel Graham was declared dead at the scene of the crash by Emergency Medical Officials.
