New Jersey personal injury lawyers report breaking news – 2 car crash in New Jersey left one dead and another serious injured.
Franklin, NJ (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) — In Sussex County, NJ, a man from Newfield and a Franklin township woman collided, killed the man and critically injured the woman on Sunday night, reported the Daily Journal.
Authorities identified the man as 28-year Justin Cox, who was declared dead at the scene of the crash. It was reported that Cox was driving his 1995 Pontiac Firebird eastbound on Marshall Mill road, when his vehicle swerved off the road going around a sharp turn. The driver managed to return to the road and straight into oncoming traffic and hitting a Fort Expedition going westbound.
The driver of the 2007 black Ford Expedition was identified as 35-year-old Tina Meyers. Emergency Medical Personnel arrived to scene of the accident, where they discovered that Myers has suffered trauma to her back and head. She was taken via ambulance to Cooper University Hospital where she was treated by doctors and nurses for her injuries.
Fire Rescue workers, police investigators and other emergency officials in Sussex County responded to the call and continue to investigate this motor vehicle collision.
