New Jersey Accident Lawyers post bulletin – New Jersey 3-car crash kills 2 and injures 3 in Passaic County.
Paterson, NJ (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A three car collision killed 2 people and severely injured 3 more in a fatal 3-car accident in Passaic County New Jersey Sunday morning, according to Philadelphia Inquirer.
Two of vehicles collided on the Madison Avenue bridge, both heading northbound over Route 80, when they ended up crashing into one another. The two out of control vehicles then both entered into the southbound lanes of traffic and collided with a third vehicle, reported Passaic authorities.
Police officials reported that the driver of the first vehicle heading north was identified as Andre Santos. The third vehicle’s driver was identified as Fernando Marte-Moran.
There were 2 other passengers traveling in Santos vehicle. one was identified as Wendy Marte of Paterson and the other was identified as Juan Acosta-Boli. Both Acosta-Boli and Marte died due to their fatal injuries. Marte died at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, while Acosta-Boli was declared dead at the accident by Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
There were two other passengers traveling in Santos vehicle. He suffered moderate injuries from the accident. Andre Santos was driving illegally with a suspended license at the time of the accident. He is being accused on counts of driving with his suspended license, killing and causing serious injury.
