New York Personal Injury Attorneys issue alert – 12 people injured when speeding bus tipped over on off-ramp Route 33.
Buffalo, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) — A bus traveling on a Buffalo highway tipped over on the exit ramp injuring 12 passengers, announced Buffalo News.
Police officials reported that the bus, identified as a Ford Club Wagon, was driving westbound on Route 33 when it exited on the ramp. The Ford Club Wagon was speeding after exiting the highway causing the bus to tip over failing off the ramp and putting every passenger’s life in danger.
Every one of the passengers suffered from injury due to the rollover crash. The crash took place Monday night where officials and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived to assess the situation and treat the wounded in the crash. Seven of the twelve passengers injured in the bus accident were transported via ambulance to local Buffalo hospitals to be treated for their wounds by doctors and nurses.
Medical officials say that the 12 who were wounded in the crash did not appear to have fatal injuries. The passengers traveling on the Ford Club Wagon were ages 12 to 20-year-old young adults. The bus crash clean up obstructed the Route 198 on-ramp for an hour and a half after the bus accident occurred.
