New York Vehicle Accident attorneys post bulletin – Police arrived to determine the cause of the fatal 2 car accident where Cortland County driver killed by pickup truck.
Lisle, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A man from Cortland County was involved in a fatal 2 vehicle crash on Tuesday afternoon, announced The Post-Standard.
In Broome County, New York, officials reported a crash where a van was attempting to make a left into a parking lot off of the main road when a pickup truck barreled into the van fatally injuring the driver.
Police identified the driver of the van to be 54-year-old Jack Flint resident of Willet County. Flint was fatally injured when the impact of the 1998 Dodge Pickup truck from behind flipped the van over. Flint was declared dead by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and police officials at the scene of the accident.
Flint was entering into the Natural Springs parking lot when the driver of the pickup, identified as 21-year-old Travis Sessions, who is a resident of Lisle, New York. It was not noted if Sessions was injured in the fatal wreck. Police detectives are in the process of investigating the scene of the crash while a planned autopsy of Jack Flint will possibly lead to more information.
