SUV collides with truck carrying liquid concrete killing 2

New York SUV Accident Attorneys post bulletin – Sheriff’s report 2 people in Sport Utility Vehicle suffered fatal injuries in a crash on Route 26 in Madison County.

Madison County, NY (NewYorkInjuryNews) – Two men were fatally injured when their Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) collided with a pickup truck on Route 26 on Friday evening, announced the Utica Observer-Dispatch.

Madison County Sheriff’s Department have not disclosed the names of the men involved in the accident as of yet. The SUV had collided with a truck transporting liquid concrete. The accident took place in the town of Eaton at around 5:30 p.m in the afternoon. Both driver and passenger in the SUV were declared dead at the scene, while the operator of the cement truck sustained other injuries due to the crash. The bodies of the two traveling in the SUV were transported to the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office for identification purposes.

Police did not release the name of the driver of the asphalt truck, who was transported via emergency medical services (EMS) to Hamilton Community Hospital with less than fatal injuries. His condition has not been released. Police stated that the SUV traveling westbound appeared to have lost total control when it was taking a turn and slammed into the driver’s side of the asphalt truck. Police continue to investigate the crash.
