U.S Postal Service driver injured in crash

Postal worker was injured in a crash when a truck failed to observe a stop sign causing a motor vehicle accident.

Vineland, NJ (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) – A United States postal worker sustained injuries in a crash involving a commercial truck that ran a stop sign on South Main Road Saturday morning, announced The Cumberland News.

New Jersey police reported that the crash took place around 11 a.m. Saturday at the crossroads of Washington Avenue and South Main Road. The postal worker was identified as 38-year-old Edermiro Torres, who had been heading northbound on Main Road in his official postal vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle that ran the stop sign was identified as 26-year-old Danielle Kulbus, who was heading on Washington Avenue when the truck failed to stop at the stop sign and crashed into the driver’s side of the postal vehicle.

The U.S postal worker Torres told police and medical officials that he suffered from head pain. He was transport via emergency medical services (EMS) to South Jersey Healthcare-Regional Medical Center to be treated by doctors and nurses. Kulbis was ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign. The truck that Kulbus was driving at the time was registered to Chalow Electric Co.
