Ohio SUV accident lawyers alerts- A school bus wreck involving a Jeep Cherokee injured four students.

Cincinnati, OH—A head-on school bus wreck injured several students. The fatal two-vehicle crash happened on Monday morning, October 12, 2009 around 8:25 a.m., at the intersection of Bodman Road and Route 32 in Brown County, as reported by WCPO.

A school bus was reportedly traveling northbound on Bodman Road when the bus and a Jeep Cherokee crashed head-on into one another at the intersection on Route 32. The impact of the crash launched the bus into a ditch alongside the road, according to Mount Orab Police. Twenty-six students were traveling on the bus when the crash occurred. The students traveling on the bus, who range from kindergarten through fourth grade, attend Mount Orab Elementary School.

Four students were injured in the wreck and were transported by area emergency medical services (EMS) crews Mercy Mount Orab Hospital for treatment. The unidentified driver of the Jeep was also injured. EMS crews transported the driver of the Jeep by medical helicopter to University Hospital for treatment. Police officials are currently trying to determine who is at fault for the wreck. The uninjured students were transported by another school bus to Mount Orab Elementary School where their parents met them. A full investigation is currently underway by area police officials.
