“According to new statistics from Nationwide Children’s Hospital, 10,000 infant ER visits a year are because of crib malfunctions or mishaps. What’s more, 100 infants and toddlers each year die as a result of unsafe sleeping environments,” reported ABC News. I find it amazing that crib manufacturers have not made safer cribs through the years. I see a lot of crib recalls every year, and you would think new safeguards would have been put into place. This is just sad.
