Dallas, TX — A man who became a victim of Andy Dick’s comedy routine has sued the comedian for allegedly rubbing his genitals on the plaintiff’s head. The lawsuit was filed on May 10 in the Dallas County, Texas District Court, reported RadarOnline.
The plaintiff, Robert Tucker, attended Dick’s comedy show when Dick, who was wearing a red skirt, black top and a wig, left the stage to interact with audience members. Tuck says he asked Dick for his autograph, when instead Dick brought a bar stool alongside the plaintiff.
“Andy Dick then took control of Plaintiff’s head with his left hand and pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt. Defendant Dick then, while still controlling Plaintiff’s head with his hand, forced his genitals against the left side of Plaintiff’s face. Plaintiff immediately pulled away,” according to the suit.
The lawsuit sued Dick and his reps, United Talent Agency, for offensive physical contact, infliction of emotional distress and defamation of conduct.
The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages, attorney’s fees, as well as a jury trial.
