It’s absolutely a shame that sick children are not being treated fairly. First of all, it’s not their fault they have Medicaid insurance—that is on their parents. Regardless, every child should be seen equally by physicians. They are just as sick as the rest of the “private insurance” children and deserve to be treated in a timely manner. The healthcare industry is too worried about making money, rather than doing their job properly and ethically.
