I think this petition is one law that we need to help protect children from bad parents, who should be rightfully punished for not reporting their children missing in a timely manner. As the world stands in shock over the Casey Anthony verdict, action could be taken to keep another tragedy from occurring by signing this petition. I support this proposed law and believe it should be implemented. Justice for Caylee!
