This is the most outrageous, ridiculous and outright absurd lawsuit I have ever seen. These kids are coming off as nothing but “spoiled brats.” The grounds for the lawsuit like, “failed to buy toys for one and sent another a birthday card he didn’t like,” blows my mind that these lawyers even took the case. If this case would have continued to trial then it would have opened the door for even more frivolous lawsuits.
