Assisted suicide has been a hot topic for debate, and I agree with both sides of the fence. But, in some cases–like the terminally ill or people who are in a vegetative state with no quality of life–I can see where assisted suicide can be a good thing. The way I see it is if someone repeatedly–over time– asks to die and understands what that means, then they should be able to do it. Even bringing in a therapist to talk to them before making the decision would be a wise approach.
