No one is requiring anyone to buy the “Choose Life” license plate. So if you don’t agree with the message then don’t buy it! This lawsuit is ridiculous. North Carolina should come out with another plate that says “Right to Choose” so people can buy that plate if that’s what their view point is. I don’t believe it’s state sponsored discrimination–it’s a license plate, not law.
