Like the author said, this study is bound to create controversy. This is something that is definitely and interesting is worth further research. But, I don’t see this becoming an accepted medical practice, because “magic mushrooms” are considered a drug. Medical uses for other drugs like marijuana have been a heated controversy, so I doubt mushrooms will join the ranks without backlash.
