In my own experience I have notice an overall health improvement since starting a regular workout routine, and cutting out a lot of the “garbage” in my diet. Since doing this three years ago I have yet to get really sick or come down with the flu, as I did at least once or twice a year before. I contribute this to my lifestyle change. More doctors need to “prescribe” exercise instead of pills, because that’s probably what is contributing to ailments.
