An out-of-control car careened into a Dunkin Donuts in Brooklyn, smashing through the front window, and colliding with four customers, causing serious injuries to at least three of them. This accident occurred last night, January 8, 2013, at the Dunkin Donuts located at 1427 Linden Blvd. in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. The car was observed crossing the intersection of Linden Blvd. and Rockaway Blvd. just before losing control and smashing into the Dunkin Donuts. All four victims were removed from the scene by emergency medical technicians and transported via ambulance to Brookdale Hospital. Three out of the four, who remain unidentified, were listed in serious condition, according to police sources. A police investigation is pending following this accident, but no charges were brought against the driver of the vehicle.
