St. Louis, MO—A fatal crash involving a church van left two people dead and eleven others injured. The tragic three-vehicle crash happened on Tuesday afternoon, October 6, 2009 around 3:30 p.m., at the intersection of Etzel Avenue and Skinker Boulevard, as reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
