Albany, New York (NewYorkInjuryNews.com) — New York police reported that a teenage driver is accused of a hit and run injuring a woman, her two small children and their aunt on Saturday in Brooklyn.The police said that the victims of the accident were going on their way on a sidewalk near 19th Street East and the Tennis Court in Prospect Park South at around 2:30 pm when a silver colored 1998 Chevy Malibu crashed into them. Authorities said that the car hit a tree causing the teenage driver to exit the vehicle. He tried to run away but was quickly caught.The four people who were injured in the accident were taken to King’s County Hospital, with the 2-year old boy in the most critical condition. His 2-year old sister, their 19-year old mother and the 16-year old aunt were said to be in stable condition.The teenage driver has been identified as a 16-years old boy, Akeem Grant, who lives in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. On Saturday night, the cops busted him and charged him with illegal use of a vehicle, reckless endangerment, driving without a license, reckless driving and running away from the scene of an accident which he caused.If you have Legal news share with us.
