Seriously, what is wrong with people? This is the most bizarre, disturbing and dangerous thing I have ever heard. You are putting your child in serious harms way by giving them a stranger’s licked lollipop. If any parent is caught doing this they should be investigated by social services, because it is just reckless and could cause their kids to come into contact with serious and deadly diseases. These parents should face jail time for being so dumb.
