“Heading” the soccer ball is a common practice in soccer, but it could create greater problems for your brain. In light of recent studies regarding sports and TBIs, “heading” soccer balls should be banned after a certain number of times in a game, as well as creating safer helmets for football players. But, with any activity there are risks, so take the initiative to keep yourself save and limit the number of times you “use your head.”
